This Refund Policy applies to AlgoLens paid services (monthly subscription and AI credit packs). Payments are processed by Paddle.
1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with 20 credits. No payment is taken during the trial period, so there is nothing to refund. You can fully evaluate the service during the trial before deciding whether to subscribe.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
First charge: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the payment date and have not used any of the credits granted by that charge (200✦ per month).
Renewal charges: You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 48 hours of the renewal date and have not used any of the renewal credits.
When a refund is approved, the credits granted by that charge are reclaimed along with it.
Separately from refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Even after canceling, your PRO benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. AI Credit Pack Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not used any of the credits in that pack.
Credits granted for free through coupons, events, or similar promotions involve no monetary payment and are therefore not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please contact us at the email below with your purchase email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
6. Legal Notice
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Payment disputes may also be handled in accordance with the buyer terms of our reseller, Paddle.
