Emberkeeper (the "Game") is a single-player idle tower-defense game for Android, developed by AlgoLensLab, a solo developer based in the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Game collects, why, where it is stored, and the choices and rights you have.
Emberkeeper is a single-player idle tower-defense game. It is not directed at children and is intended for players aged 13 and over. There is no chat, no user-generated content, and no location tracking. We collect only the limited data described below, and only to run the Game, save your progress, and — if you choose — show optional rewarded ads.

Emberkeeper uses services provided by Google LLC only: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Analytics for Firebase; Google AdMob (rewarded ads); and Google Play Billing (payments). Your data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data, and there is no cross-app tracking beyond AdMob's own operation of the rewarded ads you choose to watch.
You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time. You can delete your account and cloud save directly in the Game (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or through our web page at algolenslab.com/emberkeeper/delete-account. Deletion permanently removes your cloud save document and your authentication record; this action is irreversible. Please note that uninstalling the app alone does not delete your cloud data, and that Google Play purchase records are held by Google under its own policies.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the following applies. Legal bases: we process your data to perform our contract with you (saving and syncing your progress and restoring purchases), on the basis of your consent (for rewarded ads and analytics where consent is required), and for our legitimate interests (preventing fraud and keeping the Game secure). Your rights: you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority. Your data is processed on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country, under the safeguards Google provides.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and the right to request deletion of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). To exercise your rights, contact us at the email address below or use the in-game and web deletion options described above.
This section supplements the policy under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). The personal information protection officer (개인정보 보호책임자) is the developer of AlgoLensLab, reachable at june04860486@gmail.com. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent at any time. For children under the age of 14, we do not knowingly collect personal information without the consent of a legal guardian.
Emberkeeper is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
