This page explains how to delete your EmberKeeper account data, in line with Google Play's account-deletion requirements. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Method 1 — In the Game (immediate)
Open EmberKeeper and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account data is deleted immediately and permanently. (Game progress is saved on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.)
Method 2 — By Email Request
Send an email to june04860486@gmail.com from any address. Include your in-game player ID (shown in Settings), so we can locate your data. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
The following are permanently deleted:
Account data stored on our servers (game progress is saved on your device, separate from this)
Your authentication record (the anonymous UID)
Your push notification token
What Is Not Deleted
The following cannot be deleted through this process:
Google Play purchase records — these are held by Google under its own policies
Ad-delivery and measurement data already processed by Google AdMob, and analytics data already collected by Google Analytics for Firebase — neither is linked to your account, and both are held by Google under its own retention practices
Coupon redemption records are retained after account deletion to prevent repeat use.
Important: uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account data — the anonymous authentication record stays on our servers until you delete the account using one of the methods above. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
